Luke A. Payton
Little Lukey is getting so big! Isaac tells me all the time "lukey is almost getting to be a big kid like me huh mom?" and it's true he's so big, I give him another month before he's toddling all over the place! (and then I'll be in trouble!) Here are a couple of great pictures I got of Mr. Luke last night! So adorable!

Super Cute Crayon Roll
I've been avoiding my blog lately. Not for any reason, just haven't really felt up to blogging nor have I had anything too thrilling to report:) But I'm back today and I just had to show off my awesome present that I made for my niece! She just turned two and I made her this adorable crayon roll! I love how it turned out. I must admit I did seek some motherly help for my binding, but I did the rest on my own and I only messed up two monumental times! haha! Well enjoy the pics of my awesome final project, and hopefully I'll have more to blog about in the coming weeks!

This is love!

I LOVE this baby so much! He is so funny! I like to describe him as intense, if he's mad he's "intensely" mad if he's happy he's "intensely" happy... I love him though and now that he's crawling he's so much happier on a regular basis! My most favorite thing is him and his big bro interacting and playing together! I love it! and I know I'm supposed to do better about living in the moment but I am SOO excited for Summer, with Luke turning 1 and Isaac turning 3 and warm weather and babies that walk, and vacations! I am just done with this winter and ready for the warmth!! So please spring come, and be warm and make me happy! Although looking at this picture makes me happy too:)

Viva Las Vegas
We took our FIRST family VACA a couple of weeks ago and I've been meaning to blog about it but I've been to lazy to download my pics! I was so excited to go, it really was the first time we had done something farther away then Park City and all together as a family. We had a good time, it's fun to get away and stay at a hotel and eat out. It was kind of an adventure for me and the boys because Brock was in training all day so it was just the 3 of us exploring the Vegas Strip, which can always be interesting! But it really was fun. The only downer was Isaac got the Flu (influenza flu we are getting vaccinated from now on!) so he wasn't feeling to good the first part of the week:( but we still had a good time Here's just a couple of pics I was pretty busy keeping these two boys busy so I forgot to pull the camera out (as usual!)...
LOVE this one!
M&M Factory:)
We stayed at Mandalay Bay and they have an aquarium inside the hotel so we had fun spending time there!

To Laugh or To Cry...
I feel like being a mom this thought often comes to my mind...
Should I Cry or just Laugh?
Depending on my psychological state and the events of the day sometimes I do both.
Today I was laughing for the most part:)
My day started off great! Good workout, good breakfast, but after that it all went down hill... First I found out the hard way that I was out of wipes, there was not a single wipe in my entire house! How does this happen? I'm not sure but it wasn't good. Not only do I not have any wipes but I do not have any paper towels (they are considered a luxury in my house) so I need a plan C. For those that don't know we live in B's Grandparents house and they happen to have a baday connected to their toilet so I decided to sit Isaac on the toilet and see how this works...NOT good! Let's just say it backfired on me! I could Laugh or Cry at this point and I chose Laugh. So I get Isaac cleaned up and then we get ready for the bath...
Well in the first 3 minutes of the bath Luke PUKES everywhere. So know his bath is full of white baby puke chunks, lovely, so I do my best to strain it out and then I get over it. FYI Luke and Isaac bath together I just put Luke's baby tub in the big tub and Isaac plays next to it. It works quite nicely. ANYWAY then about 10 minutes into the bath I see some brown chunks floating in Luke's tub, hmm this is not good! So I hurry and get Luke out of his tub and hurry and get Isaac out of the tub and yep sure enough Luke pooped lots in his tub. So THAT was fun cleaning! at this point I could again laugh or cry and believe it or not I'm still laughing.
Then we get Luke asleep and Isaac and I decide to color. So we are coloring with our crayons and Isaac says "Hey Mom" I say "ya Isaac" He says " I wanted to be like Wesley so I ate a crayon" (side note: last time we babysat my nephew Wesley he ate 2 crayons, apparently he does this often) I say "was it good?" he says "no it was yucky" I said "did you swallow it?" he says "no I spit it all over the floor" and sure enough there are semi chewed crayon chunks all over the floor. I said " Isaac lets not eat crayons anymore Ok?" and he says "Ok, lets just eat food". Again Laugh or Cry? I'm still laughing but not as much, I'm getting tired:)
Well Luckily it's not over yet! Then My mom calls and I am talking to her on the phone, about 1 minute into my conversation, I realize that my house is quiet and Isaac is no longer in the kitchen. So I hang up with my mom and call for Isaac he comes in and says "mom I got IT on the walls and the floor and the door." I say "what did you get on the walls and the floor and the door?" He says "come see, I got IT on the floor". So I go follow him into the bathroom and he has squirted a whole tube of toothpaste all over the bathroom! haha! I wasn't laughing but I wasn't crying either. I just sighed and said ok I'll clean it up later. It's nap time.
All of this happened before noon today. Luckily my afternoon was much less eventful because I think I would have been in tears if there had been anymore!
All in a days work! I don't think I'm paid enough for this job! But I wouldn't trade it for anything!
