Sigh of relief ahh...

Its over! I'm all done with finals FOR-EV-ER! at least for this period of my life anyway! It doesnt seem real..how can I be done with school? I didnt realize that ever really happened but it has and I am sure glad its over with!

I am also super glad B-Rock is done with classes for the next 2 weeks! Yay! but then he goes back, but he too will be done one day and I sure am looking foward to it!

Once upon a time...

I had a happy baby that loved to laugh and play. And on top of that he was the best sleeper ever! He loved to take 2 hour naps 2-3 times a day and sleep 12 hours at night! It was blissful...Now he's been taken over by a terribly mean monster called "teething"... These are sad days for all. He doesn't nap more then 30-60 minutes. And last night he slept about 5 hours. He's not very happy either! Dang teeth! Why do they have to hurt so bad when they come in? Well hopefully my happy baby comes back soon... I miss him!

A Very poopy story...

Disclaimer: Please do not read this story if talking about baby poop makes you feel uncomfortable! This is fair warning:)

So this morning was "one of those days" where you just can't seem to get things going in the right direction and everything goes wrong! I decided to put Isaac in the bath tub, seemingly normal thing for a mom to do and of course he decided to let a little floater go. I thought to myself "Great! Now I have to take him out clean the bathtub clean all his bath toys and get him back in! I dont have time for this" But it's just one of the great things about being a mom. So I get Isaac out of the tub, wrap him tight in a towel and lay him on the bathroom floor. I hurry and get all the toys out, drain the water and discard of the little turd (literally) and then I ran to the kitchen to get some bleach to disenfect the toys and the tub. However while I was running to the bathroom my little escape artist crawled away and went into my closet. When I got back he was just crawling on the floor so I thought oh well that he's naked I'll just hurry and scrub the bath tub down and throw him back in. Less then 20 seconds later I look back to check on him and to my HORROR he had let a HUGE poop go on the floor of my closet! I'm not exagerating it was huge! I couldnt decide if I should cry or laugh.. So now I still had to clean the tub, and toys, pick up the poop on my floor and scrub the carpet, get Isaac in a diaper so that I could accomplish all of this and try to keep an eye on him so he doesnt get into something he's not supposed to. But in the end it all worked out well and now he's napping and I feel much better:) Some days I wish there were two of me... and I'm sure this is just the beginning! haha!!

Prom 2009

My little bro Colton went to Prom last week. I was so proud to see him all grown up! haha! He's a stud, I just love him! Well my dad, my sister Ari and myself went to prom with him to take pictures and watch the promenade. And since my mom was out of town me and Ari got to dance with little C-man during the parents dance. It was great fun to see him and spend some time with my dad and Ari..

Welcome Baby Aurora

We were so happy that baby Aurora came into the world last week! On Monday she will be one week old and we love her so much already! She's just a tiny thing coming in at only 16 inches and 5lbs 11oz! But she is adorable!

Here's me and my adorable sister-in-laws with all 3 cousins. Can you believe they all were born in one year. They will have so much fun growing up together being so close in age! Isaac and Wes will be the big brothers Aurora never wanted:) haha...

Dancing Machine

So I feel like my little baby is growing up too fast the last couple of weeks. First he started crawling, which he is getting very fast at! Then he popped his first tooth and a few days later his second tooth! He is waving bye-bye and loving the spotlight:) haha! This all happened in just 2 weeks, it's going too fast! But he really is at such a fun age right now and I'm loving every minute of it! One other "trick" he's learned that gets him lots of attention is dancing. He thinks he's pretty funny and I guess we do too.

We also were taking a few pictures the other day and I loved these ones. Isaac was supposed to be napping but obviously that wasn't happening:)

He kept cheesing it up, I know it kind of looks like he's wincing but he really was smiling for me every time I lifted the camera up. Like father like son, whenever Brock smiles for a camera it looks like he's in pain too:)

Here comes trouble!

Look who finally decided to crawl! I'm so proud! He's not way good yet but he's working on it and within a week I think he'll be everywhere! As of now he'll only crawl for food and it has to be something good, not just baby food. As you can see here we were tempting him with a whole piece of bread:) of course we didnt give him the whole thing but it worked! Sorry this isn't the best video, it was taken on a Blackberry but it gets the point across.
