One year older and hopefully wiser too! I turned the big 23 last week! haha i'm so old i know;) I have this weird thing were I like odd numbers better then even numbers so I am happy I'm 23! A whole year of an odd number!haha
I had a fun birthday in Park City with my family. And my sweet Brock surprised me and came up too! He was supposed to be at school all night. It was the best present I could have gotten! Sadly though I forgot my camera so I have zero pics:( Oh well! It was fun anyway!
So as for Big Decisions... We have our house up for Sale! So far nothing but we are hoping it wont take too long to Sale but you never know with this market... We have been blessed with an amazing opportunity that we just can't pass up. Brock's grandparents have recently moved in with his parents and they offered us their home. Rent now and hopefully in a couple years we can qualify and buy it for our own. It's an adorable bungalow in Canyon Rim (by Skyline highschool), in a beautiful area. AND most importantly we would have a yard! and a garage! and a little more elbow room.
But first we must get our house sold...
So we are doing all we can to make that happen. We truly feel so blessed and so Thankful for all we have been given at this time. After an amazing conference weekend I have a good feeling about this and I know with a great amount of faith and guidance this will be possible!

Things I'm learning as a mom...
There are lots of things that you learn when your mom. Today the thing I was learning was spontaneity. I have to learn that it's OK if my plans don't work out exactly how I thought they would.
I've always been jealous of people that were spontaneous. they seem like such fun people to be around. But the truth is I hate being spontaneous. I love having everything planned out in advance and when things don't work out I am always upset.
But I'm learning that when your mom, most of the time things don't work out as you had planned. And being flexible and creative have to be part of your day otherwise you'll go crazy!
Today was a good example of this. All week i've planned today as my grocery shopping day. I hate grocery shopping especially with a two year old and 4 month old. This equals not fun but I dont really have a choice so I planned it out all morning. Made my list, got all 3 of us ready, etc... however when I finally got us out to the car this is what I found...
needless to say I was not going anywhere with a flat tire. So I had to be spontaneous and change around my plans. I was pretty mad for the first 5 minutes but then I realized I'm learning good life lessons here. And with a little change of attitude my whole day wasn't ruined:)
So I know I have a long way to go before I can just let things happen and go with the flow. I can't help it I'm a control freak...but I am working on getting better. And motherhood is helping me get there faster:)

My little men!
Can you tell who's who?
Everyone keeps telling me that Luke looks just like Isaac but to me they are so completely different in my mind it's hard for me to agree that they look alike. But then when I was going through some old pictures of Isaac at 3 1/2 months I found this picture and OK I agree they do look alike! The only and biggest difference is their skin color Isaac has olive skin like his momma and luke's my little white boy;) like his daddy!
They still have their differnces but they do have similiarites. In this picture they are making the EXACT same face! I love it!

I'm loving being a mother of two but it is much crazier then I thought it would be! I've had my fair share of stressful days and I think it's getting harder as Luke gets older because now he's awake more and Isaac's not so happy about that. He loves his brother lots but he loves his mommy time too! It's fun though and I'm just tyring to enjoy every day! I love these two little men and I love being their mommy!!

The Bow Hunt
We had lots and lots of fun camping for the opening of the bow hunt. No meat yet but I'm not worried there's still a few weeks left of the bow and then we still have the rifle in October. But I loved spending time with the family and the boys were troopers the whole time! Here's a couple of pics:)
Here's everyone in their camo! Check out my sweet camo coveralls! They were Brock's when he was 12! haha and they fit me...kinda sad! But I loved them.
Morning of the opening.

We finally blessed little lukey today. It turned out so nice, we had a lot of support from family and it was great to see everyone. My dad took some pics for us and I think they turned out pretty good! I can't believe how fast this little buba is growing up! He's almost 3 months!!

Busy Summer Days!
Wow Summer is just about over!! I can not believe how fast it's gone by! I didnt realize it had been a month since my last post.. How did that happen?! We've had such a fun summer! Even with a newborn we have done a ton of fun things! Here are a few things we've done so far this month...
We went to the childrens Museum with Wes and Rebecca! Such a fun place I recommend it if you have little ones!
We went on the alpine slide! Isaac loved it!
Riding the ski lift..I was a little nervous about Isaac but he did great!
We take naps whenever we have a free minute:) Especially daddy he works so hard!
We've watched this litte baby grow chubbier every day! he is already 2 months old!
Played lots of water games. This water gun rarely leaves Isaac's side, it's his best friend!
We took Isaac to his first Movie Toy Story 3! It was a hit he loved it:)
We ate snow cones and watched the other kids play in the fountain at gateway. Isaac refused to play too. He was just fine watching.
We celebrated the 4th with a BBQ, Swimming and Murray Firworks!
On top of this we've
-spent lots of days at the pool!
-went to Wiggle Worms most every week
-went to Liberty Park
-went to the zoo
-went camping up at Strawberry
-and spent lots of time playing at grandmas house!
I love summer and this summer has been great! and I am looking foward to making even more memories~
